-  Free delivery upon net purchase of HK$500.

-  THANN Online Store accepts payment through credit cards/Alipay/WeChat Pay/FPS. It is not applicable to THANN Gift Voucher or THANN Coupon.

-  Purchased goods will be delivered by SF Express within Hong Kong only (outlying islands and some remote areas may not support delivery).

-  Purchased goods will be sent out within 7 business days (Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-1pm ) upon order payment confirmation, signature of recipient may be required. No delivery service on Sunday and Public Holiday.

-  If customer chose to pick up the goods at EF locker and was not notified by SF Express about the pick up due to the high demand of EF Locker, please email us at onlinestore@thann.com.hk to obtain the tracking number in order to contact SF Express directly for delivery arrangement.

-  Purchased goods may be required to be signed upon delivery. If the delivery is returned due to the lack of signature, a fee of HK$50 will be charged for next delivery requested.

-  THANN is not able to verify the recipient’s identity and is not responsible for any issues of unknown recipient.
